Notes
- Susquehanna was winless overall in the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons.
- By winning their last 36 Lackawanna League Division 4 games, the Lady Sabers completed the 10-year stretch from 2010-11 through 2019-20 season two games over .500 in divisional play.
- Susquehanna defeated Forest City, 42-36, in a playoff for the first-half division title in 2017, but lost to the Lady Foresters, 48-37, in the all-season championship game.
- Prior to starting a streak of four straight District 2 titles in 2017, Susquehanna had not won a district championship since 1996 in the old District 12.
- The Lady Sabers were second in the District 2-11 Class A Subregional, but first in District 2 in both 2017 and 2020. They lost in the subregional semifinals in 2018, but won the district title.
- The 2017 subregional semifinal with Forest City also served as the District 2 championship game at Mohegan Sun Arena.
- The District 2 final was not part of the subregional tournament in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and was played after the subregional semifinal and, in both 2019 and 2020, before the subregional final.
- From the start of the 2009-10 season through the 2015-16 season, then an 0-7 start to the 2016-17 season, the Lady Sabers were a total of 26-135 (.161 winning percentage). In a little under four seasons since, they are 75-26 (.743).
- Susquehanna was 0-5 in state tournament play prior to 2017 and is 5-2 since. The previous five trips came in succession from 1992 through 1996 as District 12 champion in 1993, 1995 and 1996 and runner-up the other two years.
- The Lady Sabers lost their five state tournament games of the 1990s by a total of 156 points. In succession, they lost to Pottsville Nativity BVM, 69-37; Northeast Bradford, 65-51; Mahanoy Area, 56-39; Bishop O’Reilly, 85-31; and Bishop O’Hara, 75-33.
