Rasheed Moore was third on the Fraport Skyliners in points scored and minutes played during the 2020-21 EasyCredit Basketball-Bundesliga season in Germany.
Moore, a Meyers and East Stroudsburg University graduate, played in 33 of the 34 games, averaging 11.2 points while playing in the highest-level professional league in Germany, completing the process of moving up a step in each of his four seasons there.
Fraport went 13-21 to finish tied for 11th in the 18-team league.
The 26-year-old Moore moved up to the Bundesliga after averaging 15.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists for wiha Panthers Villingen-Schwenningen in Pro-A, the second level of professional basketball there, during 2019-20. He had also played for Villingen-Schwenningen teams, although at lower levels, in his first years.
Moore shot 44.0 percent from the floor, 37.6 percent on 3-pointers and 79.7 percent from the line in his most recent season. He contributed 4.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists.
The 6-foot-6 power forward had three games of 20 or more points.
Moore finished strong, scoring 58 points in the last 3 games, including a season-high 23 in the next-to-last game, a 95-66 win over s.Oliver Wurzburg May 7. After also grabbing 8 rebounds in that win, Moore closed out the season with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in a 96-89 victory over Hamburg Towers.
At East Stroudsburg, Moore started 113 of 116 career games. The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year was a second-team PSAC all-star as a freshman and sophomore before making the first team in the last two seasons of a career that produced 1,677 points and 775 rebounds.
Moore averaged 21.4 points and 7.4 rebounds in 27 games in his first season in Germany, playing for the wiha Panthers Villingen-Schwenningen in the Regionalliga. He moved up to the Pro B level the next season, averaging 20.8 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 52.6 percent from the floor in 2018-19.
