Notes
- Pittston Area lost to Wyoming Valley West, 57-50, in a playoff for the 2012 WVC Division 1 all-season title. The division was playing with uneven “halves.” Pittston Area went 5-1 to win the first half, but was 3-4 to place fourth of five teams in the second half when Wyoming Valley West went 7-0.
- Dallas defeated Pittston Area, 74-44, in a playoff for the 2013 WVC Division 1 championship.
- The 2015 District 2-4 Class 4A Subregional championship was the only district and/or subregional title in program history.
- Pittston Area also made the state tournament as a district runner-up in the largest classification in 1980, 1989 and 1990.
