Notes
- Wyoming Seminary won the first two WVC overall championships, despite coming out of the small school division each year.
- The Blue Knights came out of Division 3 in 2019, then defeated Crestwood, 56-50, and Nanticoke, 53-43, to win the championship in the four-team tournament.
- In 2020 the event was reduced to two teams in a late change and Division 2 champion Wyoming Seminary defeated Division 1 champion Crestwood, 55-52 for the title.
- Wyoming Seminary won the Wyoming Valley Conference Division 4 second-half title in 2010-11 with a 4-3 record, but lost the all-season championship to first-half champ Northwest, 42-32.
- The Blue Knights ended the 2019-20 season on a 17-game WVC winning streak.
- Wyoming Seminary is 4-4 in four trips to the state tournament, winning its first-round game and losing in the second round in all four appearances – 1986, 1992, 2018 and 2019.
- The Blue Knights made their state debut with a 40-38 victory over Northeast Bradford in 1986 after winning the District 2 Class A title.
- Wyoming Seminary opened the 1992 state Class A tournament with a 58-52 win over Dock Mennonite, then was eliminated in its highest-scoring state tournament game ever, losing to Scotland, 89-78.
- The Blue Knights had only one District 2 title when they won their first in 32 years and the first of two straight in 2018.
